How to get to the IHE in Lund

The office is located in the city centre and Lund is easy to reach by train, bus or car. The Öresund Bridge provides a direct link for cars and trains between Sweden and Denmark.

By car
If you are arriving by car, please contact the IHE and ask for a visitor’s parking permit. The permit should be displayed in your car. Visitor’s parking is available close to the office.

In the city there are several parking options. Signs at the major roads lead you into multi-storey car parks. The city is divided up into parking zones with different rules and prices (see the parking zone signs). Public parking city center

Öresundsbron
A bridge connects Copenhagen Airport in Denmark with Sweden. The Øresund Bridge is about 16 kilometres long, and it offers speedy and easy access to Lund in Sweden by train or car.

Public transport
Skånetrafiken has overall responsibility for public transport on city buses, regional buses and local trains in Skåne and the Öresunds Region.

The Swedish taxi-market
The Swedish taxi-market is free and the most companies have recommended prices for defined routes. Settle a price with the driver before accepting his/her services. Taxis normally accept all major credit cards.
