New IHE report on cancer drug spending in Asia-Pacific

IHE publishes today the fourth sub-report in a report series on cancer care and access to cancerdrugs in Asia-Pacific.

This report describes how much is being spent on cancer drugs, ranging from US$ 0.2 per capita in India to over US$ 90 per capita in Japan. The report also shows that higher %spending does not imply that it is enough to meet patientneeds, even in Japan.
