IHE and co-authors have just published an article that describes development of the National Board of Health and Welfare’s National guidelines in Parkinson’s Disease, with a focus on the Device-Aided Therapies. The authors used follow-up data from National Board of Health and Welfare’s registers to estimate implementation in the 3 years following the guideline publication and found that uptake of the Device-Aided Therapies has been slower than recommended by the guidelines.
